At our summer camp, we want our students to learn about complex but essential topics in science through a safe and fun atmosphere that follows curiosity and teaches investigative techniques to get our students thinking about how they see the world.

TECHNOLOGY

With technology quickly developing day over day, it’s necessary to teach students not only how to do things with current technology but also how to approach new technology in a curious, safe, and analytical way. Our activities create a safe space for kids to experience the inner workings of technology and teach important hard skills like coding and soft skills like project management and analytical thinking.

ENGINEERING

Engineering is a critical area that students – especially young girls – don’t always get enough exposure to at a young age. Our camp seeks to show students how important and fun engineering can be through our creative development and design activities.

ART

Science, technology, engineering, and math are all noble pursuits, but without the influence of art, students can get locked into these areas without having the creative background and outside-of-the-box thinking to excel in them. That’s why Knowledge Bump believes in STEAM education – integrating art into STEM to create well-rounded students and give them the tools they need to succeed.

MATH

Math is all around us. It’s a big part of our daily lives, and we believe our students should be shown how math can help them solve everyday problems in fun and exciting ways. This allows our students to train their brains to think analytically without the stress that can come with complicated math lessons in traditional settings.
