How much does it cost?For our standard online tutoring, we charge $46/hour, and $32/hour for our peer tutoring program. See the Rates and Pricing page for more information on our pricing for our other services.

What subjects do you tutor?We tutor a range of subjects, including English, French, History, and Math. See our subjects page for more information on the subjects we teach.

How does scheduling work?We work with your schedule to find day and time for weekly tutoring that works best for your family. Depending on the subject and your needs, sessions can range from once a week to multiple times a week. We recommend sessions between one and two hours.

My child has a learning disability. Are you able to work with them?Absolutely! We have experience working with children with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalcula, and even ASD. We are also believe in a more open-format ability conversations, and are happy to trust in self-assessments about needs and accommodations so that we can further customize your programming.

My child has an IEP. Can you work with it?Yes, of course! During the initial consultation, you can choose to share any accommodations currently provided for you via your school's IEP. We can then further customize our programming to better suit your needs.

How do I access the session online?When you sign up, we will send you a calendar invite that includes a link to a private Google Meet and Google Jamboard. This is a third party platform that works incredibly well for offering one-on-one sessions. We ask that you first test your computer settings upon recieving the link so that you'll be ready by the start of the first session.

What if I need to cancel a session?If you need to cancel a session, we simply ask that you provide the office and/or the tutor 24 hours notice. Our service agreement and policy documents outline this policy in more detail.

What if I want to cancel tutoring indefinetly?If you wish to cancel the program, we ask that you give us 10 days notice so that we can wrap up whatever lessons, activities, assignments, or skills the tutor and the student were working on. Our service agreement and policy documents outline this policy in more detail.

Where are you located?We operate primarily out of the Kitchener-Waterloo area, however our online services are easily accessible for students across Ontario! All you need is a stable internet connection and the desire to succeed!
